Angie is wonderful to work with and you can tell has lots of experience and expertise when doing home inspections. She was able to help us diagnose an active leak inside our ceiling and use her infrared camera to show exactly where there was the most moisture. This saved us a ton of time (and money) when opening the ceiling to fix the problem since we knew exactly where to look. You can tell she is very thorough and knows all the small details to look for when assessing a property. I would confidently recommend her to anyone.
